Beginning in 2004, the Elite-Fighters Training facilites in Louisville, KY and Kernersville, NC will be training you with our focussed training sessions and mini-camps. Be prepared to raise your combat fighting abilities to higher levels. We provide the training instruction - you provide the guts and determination! A great deal of these topics have been taken from the Guardsman Level. Be sure to get your copy of the Guardsman Level Reference Manual. Below is listed a summary of the topics that we will cover in every class:
Sharpening Your Edge - Emphasis will be placed on perfected fundamentals for explosive speed and penetrating power.
The 24 Root Reactionary Defensive Methods - Each week we will explore one of the 24 Root Techniques from which all techniques are derived. This has been a coveted topic among kenpoists for years, of which no one has revealed all of the 'master keys movements.' It is from these roots that you will discover how the 108 technique groups and defensive fighting methods are developed!
Strategic Offensive Methods - This is where the Elite-Fighters System stands above the rest. Practitioners of Jeet Kune Do and other kickboxing systems dependent on fighting strategies will find particular interest in these training segments. We will introduce new concepts and drills to enable you to put-it-all-together! Listed below is a general breakdown of this year's syllabus:
