Hi there folks,
Just got my set of dvds totally brilliant. Everything is there that I need so well taught its like having an actual lesson with Mr Lamkin.:)

Don't forget to look at the DVD with the drills (Power, reaction, coordination, etc). Lots of good stuff that is not mentioned much in the techniques or forms/sets DVDs but is really needed to get off on the right foot.

One tip that I finally followed was getting a punching bag (Century Wavemaster) from the wide selection I found on Craigslist. I'm a solo practitioner and have not had luck finding someone to practice with, so the bag is an OK stand in.
