To have your school considered as an Elite-Fighters affiliated school is easy. Just have your school start teaching the material with one or more to follow the instructorship program. You will be assigned an Elite-Fighters Professor to oversee your progress until your school develops its own isntructors, associate professors, and professors who will perform these functions. When your school obtains a certified instructor, your school then can become listed as a Certified School of the Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts. Until you school becomes fully certified, it will be considered an Afiliated School under the guidance of the Praetorium.

Adherance to this process will guarantee that each school will have the highest quality of instructors, consistent quality of instruction, and consistent quality of students.

Too often, schools within the same organization, do not recognize each others belts, or other ranking designation. This is very unfair to the students and weakens the organization as a whole. Look what happened to Ed Parker's IKKA when he died. Dozens of organizations splintered, teaching different variations of american kenpo, changing requirements to such a degree that the schools no longer resembled the original art. Students were held at the mercy of their instructor for advancement. Many times, they had to start over from the beginning because of changing affiliations. This has happened to other organizations when their founder, or head, dies.

This will not happen with the Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts. Students and instructors in the Elite-Fighters System can have confidence that if they should travel, or transfer from school to school, the instruction, instructors and quality of training experience will remain consistent.

Get your school started as an affiliated school today!

I would like to start teaching your system to my clients. I am a personal fitness trainer. I love the Defender Level Training Manual. Its great training in a system that actually uses modern training techniques and methodology. Do you have any products just for trainers, like an instructors manual?

Our Instructor program consists of three primary areas of study:

1. Principles of Instruction
2. Theory and Methodology of Training
3. Skill Evaluation

As a service to others, we have posted Volume 1 of our Instructor Candidates Training Volume as a FREE download from the Library:

For further information on becoming a certified instructor in the Elite Fighter System, please contact me or Kevin for further information.

The "Theory and Methodology of Training" will be available in February 2003. Watch the Store for updates.

One question about running a possible school (I realize this is down the road a bit). Would it be called Elite Fighting School or Systems? What if you wanted to continue to offer other Kenpo styles for students who need that training before tackling the Elite System? I am just thinking of the best way to name a school, being true to what one has to offer.
