This first thread is to discuss how you can become a certified instructor in the Elite-Fighters System of Martial Arts.

The first question we get asked is, "How do I become an Elite-Fighters Instructor?"

Answer -Go to the website:
www.elite-fighters.com/training/instructors/instructors.htm
and read all of the information that we have posted about the instructorship program.

Next, become an active candidate in the defender level program.

Next, get a partner, or student who is also training in the Elite-Fighters System and begin tutoring what you have learned. You can tutor each other, if you begin together.

Next, become ranked as a Defender in our Praetorium. This process should take a year, if you follow the training guide.

After you have successfully become ranked as a Defender and start on the Guardsman Level material, you can then become considered as a Mentor to the Defender Level Candidates, and a tutor to the Guardsman.

Keep following the guidelines listed until you develop your own student base, and become a fully certified instructor.

The process should take a minimum of three years if you follow our guidelines. I know that may seem like a long time for many of you. But, would you rather be considered a 'Jiffy Pop' quality instructor, or a 'Master Chef?' Becoming a great instructor takes time. And you must know the material before you can teach it.

What this process will do is develop you to become a recognized instructor that can teach with authority and possess the faith/prestige qualities that draw students to you. We already have a free downloadable Instructor's Manual on our website library. More instructor materials will be available in the near future.
