I looked at the ranking trials for physical fitness and have a couple of questions:
Has the 2 mile run been dropped?
and
For push ups and situps is it a 60 second time limit?
Thanks,

For those who are attempting ranking with the Elite-Fighters classifications, the Trials are still the same. The sit-ups/puch-ups are 60 sec trials, the run is 2 minutes.
For those who are advancing in rank 4th-9th black, the requirements are listed on the Home Study Course section of the website.
It is our hope that all advanced practitioners will test with the Trials. This ensures the highest level of physical preparation - a needed element to back up the belt stripes.

Greetings.
For my students, I'm using the physical readyness part of the trials as warmup... with less repetitions and time and/or dividing into sets, as time and the lessons of the day permit...
Getting them ready for the Trials that way seemed the most obvious.
For the run... is it 2 minutes all out or a certain distance in 2 minutes... and/or get more disntance as possible in 2 minutes?
THe 2 mile run would be more like 14 to 16 minutes... not much skills training after that if a rest is not allowed...
So I've been doing interval trainings and small runs to warm up.
Thanks!
