What's a good brand of running shoes? I have been wearing Nike but they make my anckles roll out. The defender fitness routines feel great. Just got to get my stamina up.

When will the Elite-Fighters training uniforms be available?

We are hoping that by next month our uniforms will be available for on-line ordering. If you haven't seen them, they are NOT karate uniforms.
As we created a new and innovative martial art system, we took a serious look at the apparel and equipment that is widely used. A set of white or black karate "pajamas" is a link to an obsolete past. So, we have discarded the karate gi.

I know that you will be very impressed with the look of the uniform. It is a modern look for a modern fighting art.
