Short Form 1 - double factoring

In Short Form 1, it is very apparent that double factoring is used for the vertical outward and upward blocks. Do/should the downward blocks also utilize a double factor?

I was taught this at a Tracy's school, but it wasn't readily apparent to me on the Rapid Review and just want to make sure.

Yes, the downward blocks also utilize the double factor principle. The only section (block) that does not employ this is the first section (inward blocks). All others--outward, upward, and downward--employ the double factor principle.
