These DVDs comprise all of the Practice Combat Senarios from Groups 29 through 84. This is the majority of the PCS in the Elite-Fighters System.
The Guardsman Level teaches all of the "Striking" defenses, which includes:
pushes, punches, kicks, club, knife and handgun.
