Hey,
I've been working with this manual for about a month now. I finally think that I understand Bruce Lee's and Joe Lewis' set point control!

I used the drills that you gave with the Enforcer Level stuff.

I am preparing for tournaments this spring. I am feeling really confident with the point fighting, but I would like to try full contact. So, thanks for the manual.

I have a question on the 16 types of fighters.
I have anaylized my fighting style as a JB+. I find that RJ- fighters give me the most problems. I just can't understand how to draw them in. Any suggestions?

Good question Cord,

If you have determined that you are a JB+, then you should be able to conquer the RJ- types without too much difficulty. The key that you must remember against the RJ- is that you have to keep constant pressure to corner him. Therefore, you must drop your 'blocker' tendencies. Work on blitzing. You are going to have to get in top aerobic shape to maintain the energy level required.

Get runnning!
